At zvezda, we’re committed to delivering quality denim with edge. Every piece is checked with care before shipping. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, only under the following conditions:

• unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

• tags and labels must be attached.

• not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  

⚠️ Important:

Packages must not be opened before acceptance.

Due to the nature of our shipping and quality control process, orders must be accepted without prior opening. Any item returned after being opened during delivery will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it:
